The Fair Part 2. (with some pictures)

Just to add to what Nate already wrote. The fair turned out to be great! The days were long and hot, but worth it.
Thursday started us off pretty slow actually. Not a lot of people were in attendence the opening day, and I'm pretty sure it was the hottest of the three we were there. A lot of people that came by the booth really liked what they saw, but maybe it was just to early for them to buy; always ending with a "We'll be back."

At about 9 o'clock pretty intense thunderstorm rolled in, bringing a LOT of rain! Needless to say everybody went home early. So after a long hot, wet and not particularly impresive day of sales, we ended a little bummed. But we still had two days left, and we were going to make the most out of them.
Friday we were able to get our new banner up. As you can see if the back of the second picture. Also we had completely forgotten to pull our our button up shirts on thursday, so those were pulled out. I must say I was pretty happy with how the booth turned out. I thought it looked rather nice. Friday was also a little cooler than Thursday (probably because of the rain the night before). If you look at the bottom left of the picture you can see our daughter Olivia sleeping. So I'm guessing this pic was taken around 5:00 in the afternoon. You can see the sun creeping up on us. That was when it would get the hottest. These were usually the slower times of the day. Not a lot of people enjoy being out in the blazing sun when it's so hot outside. So We would have to keep ourselves entertained at times. Here is a pic of Olivia keeping us laughing. She had found some stickers that were given out by the Truth about tobacco.
As I mentioned earlier; The days we're slower with a sale here or there, but once the evenings came around, so did the people, and we had a great time with a great response. It's always good to meet new people who are excited about what we're doing. We appreciate all the support from each of you.

The Logan Fair

Hopefully I can get Adam to post some pictures from the Logan fair the other night, I wasn't there seeing I'm still in Atlanta until the end of the week, but from the text's he was sending me around midnight on Saturday, it sounds like the fair was a huge success! Again, I don't have the whole story since I wasn't there, but hopefully Adam will get on and post about the specifics, it was an exciting weekend event for us, and we have much thanks to give for those who came out and supported us.

I guess the lighthouse and the flowers were the biggest hitters (they have always done well with the Logan crowd). We didn't have the Ninja or Strive for Diamonds done in time for the fair, but based on the preorders we got for those designs, I'm sure they would have been hot items as well.

The fair was a three day event up in Logan, lasting from Thursday to Saturday and Sales were unreal, comparable to the time we were in the Logan mall over the Christmas season. So either everyone was getting a head start on their holiday shopping, or we are starting to grow a serious fan base in the area. For any of you who came out and stopped by the booth to show your support, thank you, we are always overwhelmed with the gratitude we feel for your help in keeping Sentimental alive and growing.

Again, I'm looking forward to some pictures and some specifics, but the weekend was solid, a huge success for our clothing line and a huge stepping stone towards our ever building future. Thanks again guys! With love
