Just a quicky
They're has been a lot going on in the past month and we've been slacking on keeping this thing updated. So that is something we'll be working on. But for a quick update, we had a great response with our presale and couldn't be happier, but due to some of the problems we had with getting things printed and mailed out, we've pulled the "Strive for Diamonds," and "Ninja" shirts from the webstore until we get them printed again and fully stocked. For those of you who got in on the presale; all of the shirts were mailed out last week! So if you haven't received them by now you should be getting them shortly.
Also, I have a lot of stuff to write about and post pictures for, but I have misplaced my camera and won't post until I find it.
So stay tuned.

The Fair Part 2. (with some pictures)
Just to add to what Nate already wrote. The fair turned out to be great! The days were long and hot, but worth it.Thursday started us off pretty slow actually. Not a lot of people were in attendence the opening day, and I'm pretty sure it was the hottest of the three we were there. A lot of people that came by the booth really liked what they saw, but maybe it was just to early for them to buy; always ending with a "We'll be back."
At about 9 o'clock pretty intense thunderstorm rolled in, bringing a LOT of rain! Needless to say everybody went home early. So after a long hot, wet and not particularly impresive day of sales, we ended a little bummed. But we still had two days left, and we were going to make the most out of them.
Friday we were able to get our new banner up. As you can see if the back of the second picture. Also we had completely forgotten to pull our our button up shirts on thursday, so those were pulled out. I must say I was pretty happy with how the booth turned out. I thought it looked rather nice. Friday was also a little cooler than Thursday (probably because of the rain the night before). If you look at the bottom left of the picture you can see our daughter Olivia sleeping. So I'm guessing this pic was taken around 5:00 in the afternoon. You can see the sun creeping up on us. That was when it would get the hottest. These were usually the slower times of the day. Not a lot of people enjoy being out in the blazing sun when it's so hot outside. So We would have to keep ourselves entertained at times. Here is a pic of Olivia keeping us laughing. She had found some stickers that were given out by the Truth about tobacco.
As I mentioned earlier; The days we're slower with a sale here or there, but once the evenings came around, so did the people, and we had a great time with a great response. It's always good to meet new people who are excited about what we're doing. We appreciate all the support from each of you.

The Logan Fair
Hopefully I can get Adam to post some pictures from the Logan fair the other night, I wasn't there seeing I'm still in Atlanta until the end of the week, but from the text's he was sending me around midnight on Saturday, it sounds like the fair was a huge success! Again, I don't have the whole story since I wasn't there, but hopefully Adam will get on and post about the specifics, it was an exciting weekend event for us, and we have much thanks to give for those who came out and supported us.
I guess the lighthouse and the flowers were the biggest hitters (they have always done well with the Logan crowd). We didn't have the Ninja or Strive for Diamonds done in time for the fair, but based on the preorders we got for those designs, I'm sure they would have been hot items as well.
The fair was a three day event up in Logan, lasting from Thursday to Saturday and Sales were unreal, comparable to the time we were in the Logan mall over the Christmas season. So either everyone was getting a head start on their holiday shopping, or we are starting to grow a serious fan base in the area. For any of you who came out and stopped by the booth to show your support, thank you, we are always overwhelmed with the gratitude we feel for your help in keeping Sentimental alive and growing.
Again, I'm looking forward to some pictures and some specifics, but the weekend was solid, a huge success for our clothing line and a huge stepping stone towards our ever building future. Thanks again guys! With love

Thanks for a great month guys!
There has to be an update about this so that all of you out there can know how much we love you and appreciate your support. This has been a fantastic month for Sentimental Clothing, between the presale orders we have received for Strive for Diamonds, Ninjas, and our custom printing, this month is turning out to be one of our best yet! I just wanted to take a moment and again thank Jimiyo for his help and support in designing Diamonds specifically for us. If you guys haven't checked him out, you can find him here: http://www.jimiyo.com. He is an amazing artist and you owe it to yourself to observe his talent. Through our friendships and connections with other great artists, we hope to reveal more shirts in our up and coming lines that will support the direction Sentimental is heading in the way that Diamonds and Ninjas does.
We also have been contacted by many of you about our custom printing services and have to say that it has been a true honor and pleasure printing your art. Adam has been working around the clock to finish your shirts on time and with high quality. We hope our work has exceeded your expectations. Your satisfaction is truly our number one priority.
We will be talking about a way that we can show you all how much we truly appreciate you. We would be nothing without the support of all of you for our company. Thank you for believing in us and allowing us into your closets, and your lives. Expect great things from us in the near future, and as always, we welcome your emails of support, suggestions, and criticism. I hope to hear from you soon: nate@sentimentalent.com
Thanks again guys, let today be the day you tell someone you care about how much you love them. Take care

Busy?. . .Well, Maybe just a little.
Even though I've been trying hard to keep this blog updated, I seem to be falling behind. June started off as a slower month for Sentimental, but the beginning of July has already made up for it. I don't think I've mentioned it before, but we do custom screenprinting here at Sentimental. And We've been blasted with orders in the past few weeks! I'm not going to go through and list all of the jobs I've got lined up, but I can assure you it is plenty, and I'm more then happy to see them come in.We've also just signed up as a vender in the local fair. I'm pretty excited about it. We'll be selling Tees and other goodies August 7th, 8th, and 9th. If you are in the area please come by the booth, say hi, and pick up some shirts!

We just Sponsored our First Band!
I just noticed that every post I've made so far, the topic has ended with an exclamation point. Ha Ha, I guess that's what happens when you are excited about everything you write.
So back to what the topic is really about. Here at Sentimental we've been talking a lot about sponsoring bands, and we've actually held off on it for some time. We really want to do something different with sponsorships. Even though we have been solicited by a few bands in the past, and a few of them were really good, they have been turned down. By limiting the amount of bands we endorse, we feel that we can gain a better relationship with each band and together do more to help each other out. Many times band sponsorships work out in a basic way, where the clothing line sends the bands some shirts and hope the band will wear them while playing shows or during photo shoots. Well that's fine and all, but we want to stay away from the typical way bands are usually endorsed, so we have a few ideas up our sleeves that we'll be trying out soon. And to get things rolling and figured out, I'm pleased to announce that Sentimental has officially endorsed our first band; THE BOY AND HIS MACHINE!

They are currently featured on the front page of purevolume.com and should be up for a few more days. You can go listen to their music at http://www.purevolume.com/theboyandhismachine
As always more to come~

Running a Marathon!
So this past Sunday I was visiting with my dad and he mentioned that he had been training to run a marathon. I thought that was pretty cool. So while we were talking about it, he invited me to run it with him. And I accepted. So, I have 13 weeks to get myself into shape and ready to run 26.2 miles.
Well, to get started I figured I would need a decent pair of shoes. So yesterday I went to a local sporting store and tried on a few pair. I ended up getting this pair of "Brooks" running shoes. I think that they were the ugliest pair I tried on, but definitely the most comfortable. Well I guess they're not that ugly.
The plan is to run 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, and then a 45 minuted run on saturday. Each week I bump the Saturday run up 15 minutes until I'm up to around 3 hours of running.

So this morning I ran my first time, probably since high school. It wasn't too bad of a run, but wow do I have a long way to go. I ended up running just short of 3 miles!
Anyway, I'm sure I'll continue to keep you updated on the progress as I train.
Here is a pic of me with my new shoes. Hopefully by the time I'm done with this race I'll be back to having one Chin!

Hotlanta
Hey ya'll, it's Nate from Sentimental and I'm finally making my big debut on our new blog. Keep checking back often because one, we have a lot of cool things to say, and two, maybe we'll throw in a little discount code or prize here and there just to keep things fun :)
Me and my wife (Morgan) moved to Georgia to work for the summer, so I'm posting 2000 miles away from Sentimental headquarters. There are some great opportunities to help build our brand down here in Georgia, as well as do some side work. In fact, we're so busy with everything we have going on, I hardly see Morgan anymore except at night, around eleven. Needless to say, we've been going through some major withdrawals, so last night I picked her up at eleven and we went out to this killer restaurant down in Atlanta that's open late. They specialize in chicken and waffles, as well as good old southern soul food. Morgan got the chicken and waffles, and I got the baked chicken with some fried okra and collard greens. It wasn't the best food to sleep on, but dang it was good. We ordered a new camera a few days ago, so when that comes in I'll be posing all kinks of pictures from Dixie land.
But back to Sentimental, we have a ton of exciting things coming up. Our webstore has been running for a month now and it doing awesome. If you get a chance go and check out our two new shirts on preorder, I promise they will both turn out awesome, just like the mocks, and you will be a happier person when they are in your closet :)
As always, we love you guys and want to hear from you. Your suggestions and comments are what keep this engine running. Feel free to write me at my personal email: Nate@Sentimentalent.com, I'd love to hear from you.
Thanks guys! We post a lot so keep checking back!

Sentimental Sponsorships!
So we've had the opportunity lately to do some sponsorships! Last weekend we donated some sound equipment to Relay for Life! And this next week we are sponsoring an in-line skater at a competition in Ceder City UT. He will be competing in a preliminary for the chance to compete in a world wide competition! I'll post some pictures from the competition as soon as I get them.
